For the past 14 years, Annabel Castaldo has taught Pilates, Yoga and Lotte Berk Method-based classes. She is a PMA certified Master Teacher who brings enormous expertise and deep knowledge to her sessions. In 2004, she developed her own Postural Reconditioning Method™, a system that integrates contemporary Pilates, ballet barre, strength training and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Annabel is also the creator of Barrelates™, a barre and Pilates blend that has quickly become one of bePhysique's most popular classes. She continually creates new teaching techniques and novel exercises to keep every session fresh, to rebalance asymmetries, to rehabilitate aching backs, and to sculpt great glutes! Sarah Young is a Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Stretching Massage Practitioner, TRX® and Barre Fitness Instructor whose diverse background comes through in her teaching style. Sarah emphasizes alignment and strengthening so clients feel lighter and more at ease in their fitness routines, their day-to-day lives, and in their bodies in general. Sarah is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), is Yoga Alliance certified in both Ashtanga Yoga and Pranassage® (Stretching Massage), has completed Balanced Body's CoreAlign I training and is a credentialed TRX® Instructor. She teaches group yoga, TRX® and barre fitness classes, and offers tailored, private and small group personal training, yoga, TRX® and stretching massage. email@example.com
Shelly Knight has been teaching Pilates and Lotte Berk Method-based barre classes for more than 12 years. She is Pilates certified through Michele Larsson's Core Dynamics program and in Post and Prenatal Pilates by The Center of Woman's Fitness. She teaches private and group classes, and has led teacher trainings in Pilates and barre method. Shelly grew up dancing and actively competing in gymnastics. From 2006-2011 she worked for Physique 57 as an instructor, teacher trainer and executive team member. There, she developed new classes, choreography, and training programs, and appeared in more than two dozen marketing and PR pieces. Shelly exclusively choreographed Physique 57's DVDs in 2009/2010. She is best known for her upbeat teaching style and genuine combination of strength, grace, and poise.
Maggie Dill is a CAMTC certified Massage Practitioner who has been teaching barre fitness, foam rolling and adult dance classes for the past seven years. With a lifetime background of ballet and dance training, her keen awareness of body alignment and muscular anatomy, translates effortless into a career centered on postural awareness and orthopedically correct body maintenance. Maggie’s bodywork and teaching practices strongly emphasize bringing balance to the body through increasing joint stability, building muscular strength and maintaining healthy, fluid fascia.
